Here's an inspirational ISRA video that's about 12 minutes long. It's presented in MS Windows Media format (WMV), typical application to watch this will be Windows Media Player or your browser.

The video is now also available in the more universal MPEG format, which can be viewed by all users, including Windows, Mac, linux,  and unix.  It's a bigger download and the audio/video quality is better.

Warning to dial-up users: These are big files. The WMV file is about 28MB, it will take 1.5 to 3 hours to download this if you are using a modem, so we don't recommend you try it.  The MPEG is even bigger at about 50MB.
