Alan Gura, the plaintiffs’ attorney in the Heller and McDonald cases
has done it again, scoring a victory in a federal district court case in the
District of Columbia that many Second Amendment scholars see as
a milestone for the Second Amendment right to carry handguns outside of the
home for self-defense.

Otis McDonald

It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Otis McDonald. Otis was 79. I have always considered Otis as one of those people who lived everyday bravely and was not a hero because of one event but was a hero every day of his life.
